• Job Details:Coordinate sales activities by arranging appointments with clients and sales team, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product/service. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Acknowledge clients/ partners by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls Updates all contact information for clients. Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office. Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required. Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data. Prepare tenders and proposals.
