• Job Details:Evaluating and screening resumes and CVS. - Receiving Vacancies and reading JD and Qualifications and work on it - Commitment to the deadline - Handling the job fairs - Job analyst (analyzing job description & job specifications). - Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites such as LinkedIn and Facebook - Using recruitment tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills - Scheduling and conducting interviews via phone calls, video calls, or one to one interview - Contacting with the employers by e-mail to follow up with them. - Providing information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
