- Job Details:• Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activates from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. • Generate employees’ official internal documents including job offers, contracts, forms... • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system. • Prepare and process monthly payroll and prepare or maintain employment records. • Coordinate exit interviews and processes for departing employees. • Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, career track etc. • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system. • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, HR letters etc. and resolve issues and problems. • Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies. • Create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approval and initiate activities. • Maintain employee documents in accordance with labor requirements. • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process. • Follow up on Probation Period Completion. • Implement the process of contracts creation and renewal to ensure the completion and the accuracy of the process. • Manage the company relation with concerned governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Organization, etc.) to ensure compliance with the law. • Create HR letters and Experience letters for employees. • Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. • Updates and Creates HR policies and Procedures. • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Hr GeneralistFull Time
- Job Details:preparing and Monitored Attendance Records’ report including(Late start, Absence, Overtime) for every month. -Responsibility for Preparing monthly full payroll report. -Sourcing, screening CVs; interviewing candidates and handling the initial screening for various posts junior, senior and managerial levels. -Responsibility for Employee Benefits and compensations. -Receive the employee’s vacations and sick leaves and permissions. -Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. - Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. - Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. - Design and implement office policies. - Establish standards and procedures. - Organize office operations and procedures. -Update organizational memberships. - Preparing job post/ posting . -responsibility for Job Offers / Approvals. - Orientation for new comers. -Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - On boarding procedures (USB. – desk – tools – employee documentations- finger print – Bank account).
