• Job Details:Oversee the over-all management of patients’ health information and medical records  Implement policies and procedures for processing/handling medical records and reports (OP & IP), release of patient information, incomplete medical records, and diagnostic data services (JCIA & CBAHI standards)  Put plans to improve the section’s performance  Develop and maintain system to attain the hospital goals  Meet quality standards under the direct supervision of the Director of Patient Services  Interfaces with other department to coordinate efforts and resolve problems
