• Job Details:•Handling sourcing, filtering, selection and practice all recruitment operation for INDEVCO’s four Business units and manufactures in Egypt ( UNIPAKNILE – SANITA – MASTERPAKNILE – IPI) for blue and white collars. •Sourcing and reaching out qualified candidates for the four manufactories manpower plan and replacement requisitions. •Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events. •Create and publish job ads in various portals. •Host and participate in job fairs. •Screen resumes and job applications. •Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. •Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. •Fills open positions efficiently and effectively. •Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance if need. •Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates. •Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive). •Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers. .Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees. •Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans. •Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. •Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys. •Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. •Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. •Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. •Do all hiring recruitment process (open requisitions, add candidates, create offers) through oracle system.
