• Job Details:➢ Maintaining an effective financial recording and reporting system, internal control and audit follow-up; and processing financial transactions in an accurate and timely way. ➢ Process different types of payments in Quantum after verification of supporting documents. ➢ Follow up with UNDP that all payments had been processed and the cheques had been issued. ➢ Prepare deposit letter and supporting documents for the application of the Account receivables and for the bank deposit to be shared with UNDP. ➢ Close Follow up with the bank on the transfer status ensuring the completeness of the transfer to the beneficiary. ➢ Notify the beneficiary when the transfer took place. ➢ Review the detailed earning and deduction of the payroll, overtime and danger pay on monthly basis and share it with Senior Finance Associate. ➢ Custody of office petty cash and maintain proper keeping of the cash and supporting documents. ➢ Prepare the VAT claim and collect invoices and share it with the Senior Finance Associate for review. ➢ Follow up with the VAT reimbursement authority on the refund process and ensure claim submission on timely manner. ➢ Close monitoring of the ADOCS payment requests to ensure cleanup of the requests and for timely process of payment. ➢ verify the supporting documents of payments and ensure full supporting documentation and approvals by the appropriate office and ensure that payment is in line with UNFPA policy and procedure. ➢ check and investigate the status of the unposted, unpaid, unapplied deposits on daily basis and share it with the team for action. ➢ Support the monitoring of the project cash disbursement account and ensure timely
