• Job Details:Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units. ▪ Work on (Odoo software - Real-estate - construction - engineering field – Health care) ▪ Identify training needs for business units and report back to the HR Director & talent management function. ▪ Responsible for recruitment for their business units in collaboration with talent management functions. ▪ Implement HR policies & procedures and revert back with input on improvement ideas. ▪ Implement the performance management system, track performance & identify gaps. ▪ Perform other job-related tasks as required.
