• Job Details:-Assistant lecturer (tutor) for the physics courses (I,II and III) in the faculty of engineering. Assistant lecturer (tutor) for the physics course (I) in the faculty of pharmacy. -Physics lab administrator for faculty of engineering and pharmacy as well. (Physics lab responsibilities, exam preparation ,lists, planning, term plan, compensation plans, syllabus improvement, attendance and sessions administrator with faculty coordinator, responsible for the hard and soft copies of the lab manual). -Department administrator regarding attendance , complaints, quizzes organisation, quizzes compensation for medical cases and advising students. -Member of the Exam control room. -Duties of the supervision Exam session. -Marking and revision of the midterm and final exams under supervision of the course instructor. -Assessing lecturers in the effective ideas before the semester to improve the quality. -Assist the lecturers for a compensation plans regarding colleague absence, and prepare a covering solitions. -advise and motivate students during semester that need support and improve their qualifications by setting a study plan and solutions for understanding the content. -organising the department meetings related to the lab course in the beginning and at the end of the semester. -Inform my team and colleagues with the updates continuously regarding the courses by mails. -Receiving the problems issues related to the system, attendance, and complains, and discuss them with the head of the department and the course Instructors, and solve them by a professional way by the help of the faculty academic coordinator. -Sharing in the preparation of the course solving problem presentations during the semester. -Working in my day off if it is necessary to finalize the tasks before the deadline. -Working after hours if needed for emergency tasks to be finalized. -Have firm and cheerful character, that I can attract student by a pleasant way during the class or in the office hours.
