• Job Details: Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for more growth in the market.  Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.  Prepare and attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.  Developing financial quotations with product specifications and customized proposals for clients.  Process orders on system and execute export license documents with international authorities and end user certificates with clients.  Negotiate and communicate the payment terms with clients and financial controller to facilitate the payment process and ensure that the rest of the process will be done efficiently.  Collaborate with production teams to ensure product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed in contract.
