- Job Details:Ensuring sustainable product availability across the region with the efficient quality and according to the planned time frame with the minimum stock levels aiming to achieve annual sales plan. •Coach and train team members, ensure that all regional processes are deployed •Create reports and make analysis to take decisions on the product profit •Collaborate with other department for the promotions •Reporting to the Category Manager (Merchandising Department) •Currently responsible for MAGRABI’s second largest product in terms of profits; Frames •Analyze the selling rate for each SKU to determine the needed quantities for replenishing bestselling SKU’s, ensuring the availability of the minimum stock levels. •Planning the product purchasing for the new releases, based on the planned product profile, and according to the company’s latest released products standard procedures. •Maintain the retail prices for the goods. •Analyze stock levels and sales performance to specify inventory devaluation provision and calculate the required quantities per country to reach the standard planned stock percentage per store according to store size and place. •Ensure healthy stock levels across the region(s) to prevent outdated products. •Coordination with the stores to fulfill customers’ demand. •Deciding which product to be sourced from which supplier considering the cost primarily and the lead time secondarily. •Replenishment parameters update, MRP running, and follow up with the different distribution channels from the suppliers until reaching the stores’ floor. •New stores opening and closing stores support •Periodic reports - Weekly gross sales value Report- Monthly Frames Sales Performance Report & Score Cards
