Technical office manager Full Time

• Job Details: Preparing shop drawings with accordance to standard, supplier recommendations and consultant specs.  Ensure the compatibility and overlay of all systems with architectural and structural designs  Preparing compliance sheets between products specifications and consultant specs, submit material for consultant approval.  Ensure execution of work in accordance with applicable project procedures and standards and promptly give visibility and escalate to management any potential deviation from plans.  Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met.  Conduct site inspections to endure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.  Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance, etc.) and report regularly on project status.  Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: Scheduling of activities, Assigning task to groups or individuals, Accuracy of work conducted, Supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.  Ensure the work on site carried out is as per approved Shop Drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

• Job Details:#Project cost reduced by choosing right HVAC /MEP system for current project. #Manage and coordinate the design team Engineers. #Review all mechanical design calculations and drawings. #Supervise the mechanical works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure execution of electromechanical works in line with codes and standards specification and scope of works. #Manages and develops the Service staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production.
