President Assistant Duties:
- Reporting directly to the President.
- President assistance in such duties as may be assigned or delegated.

- Designing & Managing all documents and Filing System.
- Designing & implementing the archiving system.
- Keeping effective correspondences & deliveries flow in order to ensure that all correspondences are sent or received on time.
- Arranging and coordinating Business Traveling process for the staff.
- Controlling and Auditing Employees Expenses Monitor office supplies through coordination with different vendors to provide high quality.
- Following up all internal office affairs (premises contracts, due payments, required maintenance).
- Responsible for the Petty Cash.
- Co-ordinate all company social events, activities and company meetings. Handling and complements for both employees and clients.
- Update and submit the Company profile and required legal documents annually and when needed to the agents and partners.
- Handle the required printings for the company.
- Coordinate and help preparing the company marketing events and exhibitions with the marketing team.

HR Duties:
- Manager the filing system for the HR Department.
- Responsible and handling the recruiting process to select the office staff.
- Handle official papers and hiring process for the new hires.
- Design and manage orientation and the internal training of new staff members.
- Responsible for the Employee Handbook.
- Update the organization chart.
- Manage Medical insurance affairs.
- Handle exams & Training for the staff.
- Issue the required HR letters for the staff.
- Responsible for all personnel activities (Audit the time sheets for the staff, Vacation Balance, Social insurance Forms 1 , 6 ,2)
- Tracking employees’ attendance.
- Announce for the vacancy internally or public.
