• Job Details:Schedule interviews and phone screen candidates in Jordan, UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Egypt, and Pakistan. Source candidates in the MENA region using various channels such as Linkedin and Greenhouse. Manage the hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems ATS. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. manage the Talent Acquisition Partner and the Hiring Manager calendars by schedule interviews. work directly with candidates and hiring managers.
