Communicating with consultant and the construction engineers to progress the work on site and supervise their works.Working as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives Preparing technical reports and filling in other paper work Communicating with consulting engineer or owner and technical office Coordinate the drawings with the other technical branches such as (civil, electric & mechanical) to proceed the work in the site with less the problems in the drawings

Project Manager EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Study checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. The main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives. Work- site according to time schedule and BOQ. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. Communication with contractors to work on site and supervise their works. Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP, interior and civil constriction. Communicate with purchase and store to supply site with materials. Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation and obtains permits. Distribute the work to the supervisors on the site. Raise requisition for timely supply of materials & labor etc. to keep the progress in line with target program. Work description of the contractor. Managing of construction projects. Communication with consulting engineer or owner and technical office. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.

• Job Details:Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
