• Job Details:Recovery and verdict team agency coordinator-cib collection 1-providing feedback to collection supervisor on operations and flow of work with ideas for improvement to certain process where appropriate 2-researching the different reasons and causes of customers inability to pay 3-analyzing and improving productivity, efficiency and effectiveness through benchmarking with historical data by utilizing specially designed reports generated by the MIS functions on daily basis 4-coordinating with agencies in order to meet our NCL target.handling charged off customers in order to maximize recoveries according to the planning targets. 5-following verdict team in the agencies to ensure the control on customer through all legal ways 6-following legal and admin team for the new updates of legal and the clearances issuing.
