• Job Details:*Prepare the accounting directions for general accounting (i.e., banks, documentary credit, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers…) *Auditing all ledger modules and general ledger. *prepare the monthly trail balance * prepare the financial statements. * preparing consolidated financial statements. * preparing cash flow projection. *Follows up the cash flow (incoming & outgoing) and trying to cover any deficit. * Assisting in preparing the financial analysis and explanations on the company growth, liquidity , financial stability, and profitability through the use of financial ratios and comparative figures. * Monthly reporting (to the financial manger) of cash, sales, customers, suppliers, production… * preparing annual budget. * preparing costing system for the company. *Prepares reports which are necessary for external communications (Auditing or Consultation offices and Banks). *prepare taxes declarations (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, payroll tax). *Deals with external supervision organizations (Different Taxes Authorities, Auditing and Consultations offices). * Assisting in preparing internal control to safeguard company assets. * Reconcile and adjust different types of taxes with taxation authorities. *Represent before taxation authorities to inspecting company's accounting and statutory books (corporate tax, stamp tax, sales tax, and Payroll tax).
