• Job Details:Modern Interiors (Design-Construction) Construction Manager Project: New Giza Health Park (Clinics & Infrastructure) Client: New Giza for Infrastructure and Eductional Services Main Consultant: : Engineering Consultants Group S.A. (ECG) Project Cost: 340 Million EGP The construction of 2 buildings with total area 6000 square meter. Each building consists of basement and 4 floors. The total area of each floor is about 3000m. The two building connected by steel bridge at third floor plus include our scope of work potable water network, irrigation, water pump station network and sewage network. • Execution and inspect of different steel structure elements like (Columns, beams, frames & steel deck) • Execution of different item of structural works like (Raft , Columns, walls & slabs) • Execution of different items of architecture works like (Block Works, Plaster, Painting, marbles & steel doors) • Responsibility about estimating costs and personnel and material needs, preparing proposals and establishing completion dates. • Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs and work with others through design development and construction document phases to execute built work. • Reported to project manager periodically on project progress. • Monitoring and ensuring schedule performance and quality workmanship of contractors

• Job Details:Project: East Port Said Industrial Area Infrastructure Project Client: Ministry of Defense & Military Production – Army Engineer Authority – Military Works Department Main Consultant: Dar Al-Handasah Project Cost: 4 Milliard EGP The scope of work includes potable water network, irrigation, water pump station network and sewage network. • Leading a group of engineers and coordinate between them to meet the project goals and objectives. • Organize area teams and direct staff engineers and technicians on project-related tasks. • Plans required work activity to ensure that design drawing, tools, equipment and materials are available when needed. • Review utility submittals, utility drawings and specifications for compliance with the contract requirements and design intent. • Overseeing construction and maintenance of facilities, such as irrigation, water and sewage systems. • Execution of different items of structural works like (excavation, soil replacement and backfilling). • Developing and implementation of shoring system for underground utility by using sheet piles or I-beams and steel panels.

• Job Details:Project: Pedestrian Bridge between (El Massa hotel – New Opera) Client: Finance Affairs Authority for Egyptian Armed Forces Main Consultant: Engineering Consultants Group S.A. (ECG) Project Cost: 120 Million EGP The pedestrian project involved the design and construction of a luxurious pedestrian bridge to connect between El Massa hotel and New Art city (Opera). The project consists of three towers covering more than 3000 square meter moreover. Project: New El Alamein City (NUCA Towers) Client: Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Development, Alamein, Egypt. Main Consultant: Engineering Consultants Group S.A. (ECG) Project Cost: 15 Milliard EGP The construction of 4 high rise towers each of height 90 meters with total area 20000 square meter. Each tower consists of 2 basement, ground floor, mezzanine & 25 typical floors. The total area of each floor is about 1950m. The four towers connected by podium which consists of 3 floors used for commercial purposes. • Leading a group of engineers and coordinate between them to meet the project goals and objectives. • Assistance to resident engineer in progress/quality. • Checking plans, drawings and shop drawings on the site. • Execution of different items of structural works like (Raft, Columns and Slabs). • Execution of different items of architecture works like (Block Works, Plaster, GRC, marbles & steel doors). • Responsibility about estimating costs and personnel and material needs, preparing proposals and establishing completion dates. • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety. • Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget. • Support with the QA/QC team the quality assurance and control of contractor, subcontractors and suppliers.
