• Job Details:• Managing all daily operations and projects of the Oracle EBS technology and development. • Achievements: Building the whole technology team, with the used procedures, proactive solutions which led to performance enhancement, reduction of the unexpected downtime, and best resources utilization. • Technology team is managing all operations related to Oracle DB, Oracle E-Business and development activities. • Development includes Oracle E-Business suit customizations, Personalization, extensions, Alerts, XML reports, Discoverer, data migration utilities with the aid of interface tables and Application APIs, and all development activities required for the business continuity using all oracle development tools like PLSQL, forms and reports. • Function and technical experience in Procure to pay cycle, Order to cash cycles and CRM. • Handling all communication with Oracle ACS, OCS and Oracle Support. • Preparing before go live activities for business cycles implementations. • Providing technical consultation to the functional team and subordinates for deferent business modules. • Planning, assigning, managing and reviewing the work of technical team following standard methodology. • Applying audit and security standards. • Providing Backup and recovery plans. • Reviewing, evaluating and scheduling users and project team leader's requests for new modifications and changes to existing application modules. • Conducting formal and on job training for department team members. • Evaluating qualifications and interviews applications for employment. • Communicating plan changes, specification changes to team members, other team leaders. • Learning and becoming more efficient in new technologies as needed by the project strategy. • Setting monthly/quarterly objectives for team members. • Key Development and implementations Projects: Insurance Management System, Sales force systems, after sales systems, Legal cases management System, HR appraisal system, many Developments tools, and migration utilities for Oracle EBS that interacts with SCM, Financials and MFG. building many Oracle EBS integrations with many third party applications. Creating and applying deferent cycles in EBS.TM1 implementation (COGNOS tool). • Key Technology Projects: o Oracle Business intelligence applications (BI APPS), Major upgrades like Oracle E-Business Suit upgrade from 11i to R12. Responsibility includes handling all preparation tasks, plans, schedules and going life for the projects. o Minor upgrades like R12.1.3, DB 10g, DB 11g upgrades and AIX upgrade. Also handling new installations, developments, implementations and Application server deployments.
