• Job Details:- CS core back office engineer in managed service project in Morocco: Daily Operation and maintenance tasks for MSC,MGW,HLR,STP. Daily reports about network performance and recommended changes to enhance the performance. Troubleshooting and recovering faults occur in the CS core network. Implement Change requests from customer and monitoring network to ensure proper performance. - CS Core Technical support engineer in Huawei Egypt TAC support center, supporting a large number of customers in Africa and middle east Handel trouble tickets recivied from customers for MSOFTX3000 , UMG 8900 and provide customer with commands,procedures and tools to collect information for analysis. Make analysis for collected information, logs and signaling traces to obtain the root cause for the problem and providing final solution,and check resolution results. Providing customers with technical information for their requests about new features and its effect on network performance and how to implement and configure. Providing customers with optimization recommendations for the network and bad performance entities. Help customers in troubleshooting bad voice quality problems, make reports about the root cause and the solution. Working in Charging servers troubleshooting , corrupted CDRs recovery and reconfiguration of the servers for optimum operation Working on call for 24 hours to handle emergency and critical faults, communicate with the customer to have a full understanding of the problem and its effect on the network, communicate with higher level of huawei support to ensure fault recovery as fast as possible and follow the process till fault recovery. Make technical sessions within the team to develop the technical level of team members.

• Job Details:- CORE performance engineer for both CS and PS Domains monitoring network performance and KPIs and detect problems in network and escalate it to BO teams . make daily reports about network performance. make reports after CR actions done in network illustrate the impact of the action on corresponding network nodes.
