• Job Details:•Maintain database of foreign supplier’s contacts •Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis. •Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time. •Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices & to reach better payment terms. •Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions. •Follow up the bank procedures •Reach Best Freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time. •Shipment follow-up in order to reduce lead time & avoid delivery issues. •Periodically evaluate suppliers to reach the best performance.
