      • Job Details:- Mechanical project engineer at Nile Sugar Company (NSC) to set up new factory for producing sugar 7000 ton /day in the following projects :-  Design & following up the installation for portionC (local design& supply or fabrication) stations pipe lines as (solar station chemicals station &pits).  Connect the portion (c) stations with processes building (more than 400 Ton pipes& piping fitting).  Factory startup.  Melting station(to melt 1200 Ton/Day raw sugar to start refining process, more than 140 tonsequipments)  Piping connections between processes building and melting station.  Standard liquor filtration station (filtrate the liquor to meet the maximum purification point, more than 80 tonsequipments) With the following responsibility :- 1. Head project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects. 2. Piping routing by using the P&I Diagram. 3. Create bill of material for pipes &piping fitting. 4. Prepare the purchasing order for pipelines material. 5. Studying the suppliers offers. 6. Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design. 7. Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items. 8. Monitor program cost activity to achieve an “in budget” result. 9. Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and contractors. 10. Studying the contractors offers. 11. Following up the progress of piping installation. 12. Selects and recommends procedures or development of methods. 13. Directs and supervises other engineering activities. 14. Stations start up. 15. Following up the progress reports for every subcontractor 16. Following all the contractors deliveries to site (dispatches according to packing list) 17. Sharing to solve the mechanical problems at site and the technical query for every subcontractors in workshop 18. Following up with suppliers to complete all missed information 19. Preparing time schedule for all project activities and issue a report forproject manger 20. Release the contractors invoices after revision 21. Issue Stations as built drawing.  Firefighting Network. 1. Studying the contractors offers (supply & installation) 2. Following up the progress of installation.  Factory extension (to extend the factory capacity from 7000 tons/ day to 10000 tons/day)
