• Job Details:Manage for all site Requirements, Equipment, Vehicle &Manpower.  Make sure to apply All Drawings and Method Statement at Site Field.  Responsible for the day-to-day operations of build sites, including leading and managing crew leaders, Supervisors & Engineers.  Enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality and increasing productivity in order to meet agreed deadlines and target dates.  Deliver consistent and high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies and materials  Ensure build site has tools and materials needed.  Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies.  Review and offer suggestions to the CEO&COO schedule and implement with little or minimal direction.  Direct daily interface to management, assist in providing information and submit recommendation  Prepare technical reports, fact sheets, status reports and schedules.  Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners and the general workforce involved in the project.  Adhere to safety policy and practices, and create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere. Willingness and ability to become certified in department mandated certifications.  Available after hours, as is reasonable for any emergencies.  To ensure understanding and application of all responsibilities with regard to the Company’s Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.  For providing Weekly Site Safety Inspection & Weekly progress meeting for all Staff.
