- Senior Service Desk Advisor within the Head office at the Customer Care & retention department on which I have to:

- Ensure that all Network standards are adhered to for compliance.
- Ensure performance targets (as set) for the Service Desk are met / exceeded to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the logging, follow-up and recording of all Service Desk inquiries for data purposes.
- Ensure a network service update is sent to every Executive desk customer in the fax-pack format.
- Ensure that correct information is passed on to the billing department concerning shipment charges for accurate billing for all import and export shipment.
- establish a rapport with dealing with complaints in order to develop a high level of personal loyalty in order to retain clients business.
- Provide accurate information / statistics on all Service Desk activities.


* Since I were the senior between my colleagues in service desk department so I was acting as the Arabic customer relation Manager within the customer care and retention department within DHL Head office in Dubai on which I used to handle all the complaints and traces of any lost, delayed damaged or mishandled shipments and I’m authorized to take actions and decisions within the company policy and procedures in order to satisfy the customers and make sure that all issues has been sorted out on time although the failure or mistakes to be highlighted or escalated to all the concern.


Then (as per my request) I was being transferred to the Logistics department as “Logistics coordinator" in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai (February 2009 - March 2011) on which I was:


-Responsible for the full process of all emergency and network shipping orders captured for Customers includes responsibility of updating of ELC “Express Logistics Centre” Stock materials through different inventory systems, DHL or customer owned, in order to ensure stock accuracy in the ELC and to provide service to the ELC customers, respecting delivery deadlines and internal procedures, and in compliance to all customs regulations.


- Responsible about preparing the monthly bills using Excel Sheet (including freight charges, handling fees, storages & others miscellaneous fees) & make sure to audit it properly before sending it to my customers.
-Assisting the Supervisor in defining and implementing corrective actions in order to avoid any reoccurrence and improve service levels.


-Handling all the Import requests from more than 220 Countries that DHL serve all over the world starting from receiving the requests, arranging the Pickups, follow up the Transit process till the delivery at final destination and finally billing the same to the customer’s monthly Bill.


- Worked as Call Center Agent at DHL Worldwide Express (Head Office) at Dubai Int'l Airport- Terminal 2 (March 2007 - February 2009)

- Then being promoted to a senior agent within the call center department due to achieving my monthly target which has been set internally for each and every agent.



* Acting as the Team leader for the call center during public holidays or weekends due to the absence of the supervisors and managers on which I was managing the service level for the call center inbound calls and make sure that all calls attended on time with the minimum of the abounded calls as per the set target by management in addition to handling all the complaint calls and make sure to solve all the customer problems upon calling them back on time with the proper and positive solution which make them satisfied about the service provided by DHL Express
