• Job Details:Issue of Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and the subsequent preparation of Quotation Evaluation Forms based on details provided on approved Purchase Requisitions. - Analyse and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in the description of material and equipment. - Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face . - To use and fully understand the Infor ERP System for the receipt of Purchase . - Prepare purchase orders complying with received PRs and in accordance with selected suppliers, price, and technical approval. - Coordinate with project management, finance, and cost control to ensure the efficiency of the procurement process. - Communicate/coordinate with the Project Management, Engineering, logistic, and Construction teams for product directions, availability, lead times, and cost roadmaps for key materials. - Follow up to receive the bank guarantees and prepare the payment according to agreed conditions. - Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims. - Prepare and update a weekly tracking report for all conducted works. -Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications -Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers’ performances -Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies -Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions -Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings -Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records Conducting market and product research and cost analysis -Coordinating with the requisitions department to obtain required administrative information and ------ Documents necessary for processing the procurement -Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates

Front End EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Implement the daily checks and the safety check of the machines . 2. Measuring the CAN quality checks either visual or measurables . 3. To participate in breakdowns ,maintenance and repairs of front-end machines in the line, as well as the production of change reports and the other elements used during the production process. 4. Help / do set up body maker /trimmers and plans for and takes immediate correction action if operating malfunction occurs. 5. Support organizing the jobs in my area for my team and schedule routine production functions , as well as special production needs. 6. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis (JSASs) , in order to achieve and control the production KPI’s . 7. Implement ,learn /kaizen manufacturing practices 8. Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace in front-end area . 9. Positively participate in different meeting of the shift , also the front-end area team meeting and participate in implementation of the assigned activity from those meetings . 10. Control and analyze the down time , suggest proper action to reduce it. 11. Keep the machines run at the high efficiency . 12. Work closely with team leaders and shift supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools . 13. Work on solving machines mechanical issues , control and analyze the down time, suggest proper actions to reduce it. 14. Report production issues ,and participate in analyzing the problems using problem solving tools to solve the problems efficiently
