• Job Details:Responsible for all design related issues concerning retail shop design, offices, kiosks, events and promotions as well as commercial centre refurbishment. Liaising between tenants all related issues during fit out period and landlord concerned departments legal, finance, security, engineering, marketing...etc. Supervising fit out works to ensure compliance with the design criteria, approved design and tenants manual handbook. Generating manual for retail mobile units (kiosks) and updating the shop's manual on a regular basis. Providing top management with all needed reports and data for the progress of shops fit out works ongoing and their status like expected opening date, milestones, provisions pending...etc. Responsible for mall architectural maintenance and renovations. Held the PM for the first snow city in Egypt by alothaim/CITYSTARS (3500m2) as well as the new fine dining area (5000m2). Design and supervision for Relocating food court to new area and F&B restaurants fit out works supervision and design approvals
