• Job Details:Responsible for supervising all Finishing Activities like (Plastering and puttying -Electrical Work – Suspended ceilings- Tiling – Marble – Installation of bathtubs, sanitary equipment- etc.-) Executing Interior stairs for duplex and checking all phases of it like (Designing of Concrete Stairs- Building the Form-work for Concrete Stairs-Steel Reinforcement for Concrete Stairs-Pouring of Concrete for Concrete Stairs-Removal of Formwork ) Preparing the schedules of the daily works. Checking the technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Providing technical advice and solving problem on site Supervising & Coordinating with General foreman about his responsibilities. Negotiate with sub-contractor about the prices of handling works.
