• Job Details:- Participated in startup of Marcyrl Pharma in Ampoule, Tablet and Suppository Hormone lines (review design of Electrical, HVAC system, Production machines & Partition). - Participated in startup of New Marcyrl Pharma in Ampoule, Vial, 3 Tablet lines and Blow Fill Seal lines (review design of Electrical, HVAC system, Production machines & Partition). - Following up all installation, commissioning and tests for HVAC system. - Review submittals & shop drawing for project. - Executing the FAT & SAT on Lifter machine in EGYPT & GERMANY (SERVOLIFT Company). - Following up operating and maintaining HVAC system: (3 Cooling Towers, 3 Chillers, 16 AHUs and FCUs) and action necessary procedures to test the system and ensure efficiency. - Following up & operating the BMS System. - Saving necessary spare parts, doing preventive maintenance plan and improving The performance of the equipment. - Supervise execution of the corrective actions to minimize machines’ stoppages. - Following up executive the SOP and update it. - Training technicians and following up them. Projects: - Layout Design of Sterile & non-sterile hormone lines in Marcyrl Pharma {Ampoule, Suppository, Tablet & Blistering machine}. - Layout Design of Sterile & non-sterile lines in New Marcyrl Pharma {Vial, Ampoule, Blow Fill Seal (BFS) & 3 Tablet lines}. - Upgrade of chilled water station {condensing & chilled pipes, chiller and pumps}.

• Senior Electrical Utilities and Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Following up operating and maintaining all external utilities including: (Medium Voltage Panel, Transformers, Generators, Low Voltage Panels, UPS system, Water Pumps and Fire Fighting Pumps). - Following up operating and maintaining the boiler (Brand: Looz, 3 ton/h). - Following up operating and maintaining the compressors (Brand: Atlas Copco & IR). - Following up operating and maintaining Water Treatment Plant which consists of Multimedia filter, Softener, R.O, P.W (Brand: Stilmas). - Following up operating and maintaining the Chillers & HVAC system (3 Cooling Towers, 2 Chillers, 44 AHUs and FCUs) and action necessary procedures to test the system and ensure efficiency. - Following up & operating the BMS System and improved the performance of system. - Work on improving the performance of the equipments. - Improved the process of production by saving necessary spare parts, Preventive maintenance plan. - Supervise execution of the corrective actions to minimize machines’ stoppages. - Provide daily reports on the state of the equipment and requests for spare parts and record their own faults. - Coordination of the maintenance plan in terms of infrastructure. - Following up executive the SOP and update it. - Application of Occupational Safety and Health Systems. - Training technicians and following up them. - Participated in several projects such as: 1- Re-validation for water treatment plant. 2- Construction of Alcohol store. 3- Installation heat exchanger & Chiller for cooling alcohol. 4- Risk management for all utilities equipment.

• Job Details: Main job responsibilities included: - Following up operating and maintaining all external utilities (Medium Voltage RMU Panels, Transformers, Generator, Low Voltage Panels, UPS, Compressor, Boiler, the Water Pumps and Water Treatment Plant). - Following up operating and maintaining the HVAC system (Cooling Towers, Chillers, AHUs and FCU). - Executing the tests on Filters (Dop Test, Air Volume & Air Velocity Test). - Following up all the SOP of Electrical and HVAC systems. - I have a good knowledge about the Ampoule & Vial production lines (Washing, Tunnel, Filling & Capping machines) - Design of the electrical power system and drawing all layouts of lighting, sockets, Power outlets, cable routing & panel boards for the production area At Global Napi Pharmaceutical (GNP) Company. - Review design of the electrical power system for the Pharma Pack Factory at Polaris (At 6th of October). - Following up all electromechanical works in the site at Pharma Pack Factory in Polaris (At 6th of October). - Review design of the electrical power system for Shamla Factory (At Saudi Arabia Kingdom).
