My contributions included: Data Role: Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL): Using Python and Selenium for web scraping to extract data then clean, manipulate, and prepare data for analysis using pandas and NumPy. Loaded the data into Tableau to create a real-time dashboard, providing key insights for decision-making. Project Management Role: • Project Planning: Defined key objectives, set timelines, and prioritized data features to ensure the dashboard met business needs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with teams across departments, gathering requirements to ensure the final dashboard aligned with business priorities. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Conducted weekly meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and consistently meet OKRs. • Continuous Improvement: Analyzed user qualitative feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the dashboard.

• Job Details:Welcome to Coffee Megzz! I named it Megzz after one of my favorite nicknames, which makes this brand feel personal and close to my heart. And why iced coffee? Because, let’s be honest who doesn't love the refreshing taste of iced coffee? It’s more than just a drink; it’s a vibe! The Business Life Cycle I followed: Phase 0: Define the Business Outcome I started with a clear business objective to understand exactly what I was setting out to achieve. My main goals included possessing business acumen, encouraging repeat purchases, reducing costs, and gaining market share. Phase 1: Discover Once I had identified my business outcome, the next step was to understand the obstacles preventing me from achieving it. The primary issues were distribution, product shelf life, pricing, and market penetration. Phase 2: Validate After discovery, I had a clear understanding of the problems and several potential solutions. Validation involved collecting data to determine the best solution to pursue, monitoring coffee business trends along with conducting market research to analyze competitors. Phase 3: Build I partnered closely with potential restaurants and graphic designers to bring my idea to life as intended. I developed the logo and initiated meetings with restaurant owners and co-working spaces. Phase 4: Launch In this stage, I focused on marketing, distribution channels, customer segmentation, and areas to create a go-to-market plan. Phase 5: Evaluate At this stage, it was crucial to evaluate success using both quantitative and qualitative data. I focused primarily on qualitative feedback and quantitative sales forecasting. Phase 6: Exit Strategy At this point, I concentrated on selling the bottles stock, row glass and coffee suppliers contacts, recipe, product know-how, and the social media page with the domain name.
