• Job Details:• Responsible for accounts receivable • Accounts receivable analysis • Responsible of the Bad Debt report and provision preparation • Follow up with customers concerning the payment • Recording all transaction for customer payment • Bank reconciliation • Customer reconciliation • Follow up on the cash flow to allow issuing customers and vendors checks • Run month closing reports • Coordinate with our runners concerning customers money collection • Contact key between our customers and other department concerning the complains. • Solving customers payment problems within my authority or escalate to the head managerial. • Follow up with our bank concerning customers transfers and deposits • Printing invoices and send to customers via courier • Well know about Cost & expense and the work process of other department • Well know about payable issue (trucker, vendor, ect…..) • Coordinate with our internal audit KPMG concerning the account’s receivable issue and balance and tax issues
