• Job Details:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, both tangible and Intangible and position specifications and conduct research to identify suitable Candidates. - Responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition Through to the onboarding of candidates. - Sourcing potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional Networks) and offline channels (Internal, references, Walk-in). - Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once Vacancies have been filled. - Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. - Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics. - Create daily and monthly reports for all recruitment statistics and initiatives.
