• Job Details:• Main Responsibilities: Managing strategy and operational planning of huge portfolio of 5 companies including ConvaTec (WT*), RegenLab (PRP*), GEM Italy (Surgery) and others, including Ob/Gyn and Ophthalmology. - Analyze the current situation & market dynamics to properly plan & manage risks. - Marketing and sales strategy development and planning for 5 medical companies. - Develop an operational plan and reallocate budget and KPI monitoring tools. - Coordinate with the business development & access teams for new launches. - Manage relationships with five suppliers to assure optimal partnership. - Lead a team of 3 brand managers or clinical marketing specialists.
