- Job Details:Job Purpose: Report and analyze impact of new products or services on customer and track departments performance to ensure a customer satisfaction level. Job description: Prepare analysis report on customer service performance to present a current overview to CEO. Develop and update the MIS system with customer care department KPIs formulas and business rules in order prober performance tracking. Handle customer care dashboard reports to maintain the required management visibility on operation performance. Follow up on new product or services to ensure the quality of service provided. Work as SPOC between customer care team and Company DWH in order to facilitate the requested reports development. Observe alert and size impact of unusual trends or outages through undertaking fact-finding steps in order to maintain the quality of service. Provide complex data analysis, trends and observations with justifications in order to brief management with customer service operations performance.
