• Job Details:Fuel terminals instrumentation maintenance. Assigned to be a PM for several projects such as annual petroleum maintenance services contract, Solar PV lab training units manufacturing and integrating, Solar PV plants installation and lighting installation projects. Main activities and responsibilities: - Defining project scope, understanding principles of operation and the aim and value for project implementation purposes. - Defining the project work phases and its breakdown structure (WBS), work packages and activities. - Assigning human resources required and project organization chart. - Scheduling sequence of project activities and its durations. - Estimating cost and developing the project budget. - Estimating, managing the risks and issues. - Monitoring and Reporting Progress. - Stockholders communicating and relations management. - Documentation of all project documents like designs, surveys /progress reports, minutes of meetings, delivery notes, Equipment had been used, datasheets, procurements, change requests, purchasing documents, risk register and Following up with project activates in project ID.
