• Job Details:• Establish, maintain, implement, and audit HSEQ policies, processes, and procedures for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. • Provide HSE-related advice and services on project approvals including merger and acquisition processes, contractor management, and assistance with federal guarantees for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. • Review the HSEQ requirements for E&P and M&A projects for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America in compliance with Wintershall Dea HSEQ and Sustainability requirements. • Lead the development of corporate HSEQ processes and functional requirements applicable to local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. • Assist and support in the preparation and implementation of technical and ISO certification audits for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. • Develop and execute global HSEQ training programs and awareness campaigns for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. • Conduct Global incident trend analysis for local and corporate business units in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. including the following-up on the reliability of investigations and root cause analysis nevertheless the effectiveness of sharing lessons learned across Wintershall Dea.

• Job Details:•Ensure that Wintershalldea Egypt business is complying with applicable HSSEQ laws & HSSEQ corporate standards e.g. CIMS, IFC, IOGP and ISO series Norms. •Ensure the efficient implementation, certification, recertification and the continual improvement of the Wintershalldea Egypt Integrated Management System (EIMS) against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 currently 45001 •Responsible for managing and setting up clear direction for the HSSEQ department to establish and implement programs that support the Line to deliver safe, reliable and compliant operations. •Lead the HSSEQ team towards the effective implementation of the HSSEQ legal & corporate requirements, accountable for the development of suitable HSSEQ processes to secure continual HSSEQ performance improvement in line with HSSEQ corporate business strategies, requirement and expectations. •Ensure development & implementation of general HSSEQ regulations, policies and procedures in Wintershalldea offices and operation sites. •Serve as company expert within the field of HSSEQ when called upon to address regulatory agency compliance & liability issues. •Define and embed the Wintershalldea Egypt HSSEQ legal & compliance self-verification and oversight framework ensuring the activity and risk of Wintershalldea Egypt activities are managed effectively by identifying gaps and devising effective solutions. •Conduct and review the current hazard & risk assessments regularly to develop new recommendations and suitable measures to modify work practice, procedure or equipment where deemed applicable, practical and necessary. •Conduct HSSEQ Technical & ISO audits, Inspection, and HSE tours to ensure continual compliance with applicable Egyptian laws & Wintershalldea corporate standards and lifesaving rules. •Ensure effective follow up & implementation of short term and long-term measures generated from HSSEQ audits, inspections, surveys, gap analysis and incident & near-miss reporting systems till efficient & effective closing out. •lead the service delivery of HSSEQ and contribute to the strategic development of the Wintershalldea Egypt HSSEQ culture and supporting programs to drive leadership behaviors and performance. •Liaise & interface with joint ventures, operation & corporate HSSEQ Advisors to provide and receive consultation on routine and non-routine HSSEQ issues. •Manage the process to develop insights from HSE metrics analysis, self-verification and incident investigation findings. •Advise on emerging risks and HSSEQ improvement opportunities and provides direction to improve the HSSEQ performance. • leading the Wintershalldea Egypt staff as a role model in accordance with the Wintershalldea HSSEQ Leadership principles, values and behaviors, ethics, rules. •Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the Wintershalldea Egypt to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSSEQ. •Manage the Wintershalldea Egypt HSSEQ team to provide guidance and advice to the Wintershalldea Egypt staff concerning HSSEQ procedures, programs, hazard identification and HSSEQ promotional activities to raise HSSEQ awareness and understanding. • Direct the resources and activities of Wintershalldea Egypt to support the planned HSSEQ programs by providing advice and guidance to the Management. •Review existing HSSEQ policies and practices of Wintershalldea Egypt to ensure they are current and appropriate and aligned with latest changes and modifications. •Define and embeds the incident investigation process to determine root cause (underlying) , causal and contributory causes to develop suitable recommendations. •Assist & Advise on HSSEQ incidents investigation and ensure that suitable corrective actions are set, planned, assigned and followed up till closing out. •Manage the response identified from investigations with the appropriate leaders so that learnings are embedded systematically to continually improve HSSEQ performance of Wintershalldea Egypt staff and contractors. •Assist in implementation of corrective actions as it relates to the incident and ensure "lessons learned" are communicated throughout the Wintershalldea Egypt and incorporated into updated policy/procedure. •Review regularly the Wintershalldea Egypt HSSEQ incentives and suggestions program/schemes to ensure they are accomplishing the desired results. Make necessary changes to programs and schemes to maximize effect of potential utilized benefits. •Ensure efficient visitors and contractor management & inductions regimes in place to reduce contractor & subcontractors’ potential risks and incidents in Wintershalldea Egypt sites. •Ensure regular provision of effective leading & lagging HSSEQ performance reports to top management and Wintershalldea head quarter as a baseline to set up the corporate and local HSSEQ goals and targets. •Actively execute the routine HSSEQ committee & management reviews meetings to assess HSSEQ performance
