Port Operations Representative [Internship]

• Job Details:- Coordinate with all authorities to facilitate vessels port call at the port. - Arrange vessel arrivals & departure at immigration office. - Receive vessel's certificates to obtain port clearance. - Fix vessel port log and all reports related to discharging & loading operations at ports. - Collect cargo documents and send it to concern parties. - Handle management queries regarding port information. - Prepare and update Alexandria petroleum basin situation. - Coordinate with suppliers and third parties to smooth their work and serve suitable services to our vessels. - Follow up crew change and attendance.

Logistics Operations [Internship]

• Job Details:- Collect documents needed for the shipping process. - Create bookings from the shipping lines. - Issue finals and VGM. - Follow up shipments’ documents. - Communicate with the shipping lines via email to handle the shipments. - Arrange with the haulage and clearance departments to ensure shipment handling smoothly.
