• Job Details:Study project’s documents (specifications, BOQs and design drawings). Sending RFIs to solve problems. Preparing / reviewing workshop drawings for all mechanical disciplines. Attending meetings to follow up and solve the technical problems. Reviewing material submittals. Preparing technical reports, letters, and shop drawing logs. Preparing / reviewing calculations to verify the given data from the received design package. Preparing value engineering reports. Perform high level of coordination with our team members and other departments. Meet projects’ specifications, milestones, deadlines and targets. Coordination with all relative milestones. Identify the root causes for all problems to avoid their occurrence in the future. Achieve project quality standards with respect to projects’ documents as well as codes and standards. Preparing design drawings and bill of quantities, for design and build projects, including the design of special mechanical systems i.e., swimming pools, water features and irrigation systems. Preparing design proposals to fit the pre-allocated budgets. Preparing design criteria and design basis reports.

Senior Mechanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for scheduling, designing, supervising, developing and providing technical specifications for projects. Also Prepare Design, workshop and MEP Coordination drawings for the project. Working as supervision consultant (resident or by visits) for some projects.

Team Leader Mechaanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible to lead a team preparing mechanical desing drawings (HVAC, Fire fighting, Plumbing, Gas, Irrigation)for residential and commercial buildings according to local and international codes and standards and GSAS requirements for green buildings. Also, i was responsible to submit and follow all above mentioned systems to the authorities like (local authority for water and electricity KAHRAMAA, Civil Defence, MARAFEQ in Lusail City, ...)in order to get the approvals.
