• Job Details:A key member of the Executive Management team, report to the President and play a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Achievements: 1) Lead the company’s conversion from Saudi local accounting standards to IFRS as endorsed by KSA for listed and unlisted companies. 2) Accomplish the first time VAT implementation in KSA, running system smoothly and completeness. 3) Improve the companies’ liquidity and financial position by reviewing and restructuring bank debts, credit limit for customer and vendor’s payment terms as well. Job Duties: Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate IFRS, regulatory requirements, and Office of Management and Budget audit requirements. • Job Details:Have a direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, property management, partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Scope of Responsibilities: 1-Finance, Treasury & Tax Division 2- IT Support and help desk Mgt. 3-ERP System and System Development Mgt. 4-Compliance & Internal Control Mgt. Achievements: 1-Set, define and announce my own strategies in line with the companies strategies and vision. 2-Assess and improve the “As Is” company’s processes, policies and procedures. 3-Restructuring the Finance division based on the new situation & growth of business. 4-Create a new Internal control environment. 5-Running the AX Microsoft new ERP system in 4 organizations. 6-Set up a solid business plan and its criteria. (Done on the group level) Job Duties: Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with EAS and IFRS, Local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Manage information technology function (IT & IST) to procure specialized finance IT systems that meet the needs of the organization. Oversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally. Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
