• Job Details:- Updated engineering calculations and designs to deliver project goals effectively. - Updating of schedule, Monthly Status Report, Monitoring all Site works - Reviewing and analyzing the pre-awarded contracts - Writing contractual letters related to the planning or progress issues - Involving in all procurements and contract work, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation. - Receive and review purchase requisitions, ensuring all necessary info is present and accurate, and issue purchase orders to vendors within established timelines. - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company. Obtain required approvals and ensure adherence to company purchasing policies. - Follow up on deliveries and ensure receipt of ordered items. Verify deliveries match purchase orders and specifications.
