• Job Details:CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, Responsible for; • Coordination between the client , local authorities , sub-contractors and Material vendors. • Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required. • Prepare various reports to successfully manage the project(s), such as: monthly progress analysis / schedules, billings and status reports. • Initial project start up activities including preparation of Shop Drawings, obtaining surveys for foundation and utilities layout etc. • Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders). • Direct pre-construction services and activities. • Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project). • Ensure project(s) is / are procured and constructed within the boundaries of the Company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements. • Manages the expediting of specialized manpower, materials, subcontracts and equipment. • Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety goals of the company. • Supervise the activities of all projects activities including determining schedules, schedule of values, subcontractor selection, and submittal approvals. • Visits job sites regularly and together with Site Manager, implements changes in methods, procedures, and timing.
