              During my professional career of more than 30 years in managerial positions, I have performed several duties such as Middle East Manager, General Manager, Export Manager, Development Manager, Scientific Office Manager and Regional Training Manager with superior leadership and excellent labor relation. I have managed several specialized projects, throughout the Middle East & North Africa, and was responsible for projects ranging from LE 100 million to LE 1000 million. I have managed up to 5000 employees at one time and took the full responsibilities of leading & coaching teams of managers, budgeting & controlling expenses and establishing strategic plans & successfully execute them. In several projects; I have suggested new ideas and have proposed process modification that have resulted in substantial financial impacts to my employer over the years.
