Ideally situated in proximity to the American University in Cairo, The pulsing heart of MIVIDA, Boulevard Residences offers fully-finished 2 to 3 bedrooms ranging in areas from 135 to 290 square meters with direct views on the lake. The project consists of a Boulevard of six (6) parcels; the first 3 parcels containing each one building. These are to be mirrored to form the remaining 3 parcels of the Boulevard. The retail areas and the amenities (Gym, SPA, etc.) are “Core & Shell” while the residential apartments are fully finished. The building is G+4, and a one level underground parking.
