• Job Details:P&G Near East (From 1990 to August 2010) I would like to share a few of my career highlights and express my interest of working in strategic management capacity. I was as a team leader in supply chain, distribution & logistic dep. (CS dept.) In P&G – Near East , P&G is a market leader Company in Egypt carry well known Brands as (Ariel, Tide, Camay , Pantene , Pert plus , H&S , Gillette , Oral B , Pampers & Always). I completed a 19 years of a solid experience by working for build CS dep. in Procter & Gamble- Near East the major role is to this dept. set strategy to insure on time product receiving in the top of measuring to all customers by setting the plans and follow up to accurate the measures. My responsibility was to lead the first collection team and member in the first planning team and lead distribution team, so the first team of supply planning , that main task was product availability work on with the marketing and sales teams and follow up with the manufacturer and product planning department in the plant and confirm delivery of customer orders on time , so lead the first customization activity site applying 19 KIs QA program ,and extra effort leading warehousing activity.. Plus I spend more than 6 years special task to develop customer service and warehouse systems in the distributors, so improve contractor’s capability and improve distribution team.
