    • Job Details:Achievements The successful operations are the gateway for guaranteed business development. I was part of the Aptis test operations team at the British Council, proudly, we have exceeded the annual target by 38%, it was 11,000 tests a year our clients included academic entities such as the British University and Cairo University as we were assessing the new students joiner lingual skills. We participated in developing a programme to enhance the professional skills of Zagazig University’s academic staff. My role implied initiating communication with potential clients to create a lead, preparing new proposals and draft new contracts after attending negotiation meetings with the potential clients. On the operational side, I was responsible for managing all of our clients’ accounts and operations. I was planning our costs, manpower and other operational resources in collaboration with the other internal teams and in the light of the financial and operational system's compliance, targeting the highest money value maximization and operating efficiency levels possible. To ease the task of risk/pipeline/actual performance vs. plan targets tracking, I built for our team a totally new database for the Aptis country operations, that includes the clients’ contracts, system accounts, contact details, daily transactions, invoices and payments tracker, invigilators contact details, given training and system accessibility accounts. That markedly speeded up accomplishing our deliverables towards the clients, gaining higher satisfaction and more business development. Financially, I was issuing the sales orders, internal journals and memos monthly, submitting the payment hours for our invigilators, preparing the projected planned costs for our team operational costs of venue, facilities and personnel, for the tests to be held in the next fiscal year quarter, I was sending the Aptis tests operation scorecards every month to the Financial Team plus the monthly reconciliation report to our Exams Finance Team. Adding, I was sending the projected tests to the Global Team to plan the needed markers for the next month operation and. Besides, I was delegated to be BC Ambassadors Supervisor at the British Council, I was coordinating remotely the work of 30 students across the country universities, the project aimed to deeply engage the academic community of 11 universities across the country in our availed international opportunities through promoting the IELTS, medical and professional exams, study in UK and the attached fellowships opportunities, many other activities are conducted by this ongoing project such as exhibits, info sessions, workshops and English clubs.
