Key Qualifications: Over the last thirty- three years my work within the Institute of National Planning and African Union Commission has allowed me to develop my expertise and broaden my range of skills. I have been involved in a number of nationals and international private projects and gained a considerable amount of experience in the following areas:  Preparing business plans for the promotion and development of the economic resources;  To help and assist the organizations for preparing the annual work plan AWP.  To ensure a set of prioritized annual objectives for each program and project is prepared on the basis of the Strategic Plan;  To organize and conduct regular internal seminars on research, monitoring and result based management approach;  To ensure annual sectorial evaluations are conducted in each AUC Directorate;  Preparing and setting up Socio-Economic plan for Rural and Urban Area and calculating the Indicators for regional planning;
