• Job Details:- Ensure that projects can meet the deadline; - Ensure the functionality of the implemented IT & C solution; - Monitoring the functioning of IT & C implemented solution; - Developing the IT & C implemented solution; - Training employers to use the IT & C implemented technology; - Ensure the accuracy of the information provided; - Ensure obedience in time and consent to the legal provisions concerning data access and conditions of use; - Ensure the quality and accuracy of the reports; - Responsible for installing and maintaining computer as (Desktop, Laptop & Server) hardware, software, and networks; - Plan, design & install (cable/Wireless) networks & their maintenance when necessary; - Implements network security at the regional level as established by corporate Security Director; - Coordinate with the Information Technology in India; - Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery; - Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems; - Respond to escalated help desk issues; - Interact with internal computer & IT users on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner; - Build and maintain vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products; - Manage the purchasing of all licensed software, original hardware, and other IT supplies at the regional level; - Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to; - Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility; - Respond/act on upper-management direction.
