• Job Details:1.Following up all emails received from, sent to suppliers, clients and ensuring to provide, get optimum feedback 2.Communicating with suppliers 3.Following up & recieving all documentation 4.Tracking all the orders shipments since order till delivery at warehouse 5. Contacting the shipping lines for best price for freight 6. Following up with the customs clearance agent 7. Preparing all documents & files needed for clearance & delivery 8. Ensuring all payments of suppliers made in time & following up till recieving the swifts 9. Providing the actual due payments to the financial team to prepare the financial reports
