• Job Details:• Asist in preparing BOQ ,Data sheets, Quantity Survey, Cost estimate • Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process • Responsible for getting the best price with the best quality in order to get the potential project and finalize the ongoing projects on time. • Divide the tender into minimal items such as plumping – electric and structure in order to start the pricing process. • Send the different items to the different sub-contractors & Suppliers in order to get the price offer. • Collect the price offers from different sub-contractors & Suppliers to make the needed comparison and analysis in order to get the best price with the best quality. • Break down all the items in order to get the final acceptable price. • Prepare procurement requests • Monitor projects time plan and Schedule • Monitoring work progress • Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost • Review monthly Sub-contractors invoices more than one million pound for current work volume and the remaining invoices quarterly in coordination with site team according to quantity survey and client invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail • Prepare invoices for social insurance in coordination with finance department. • Follow up and organize detailed project invoices logs. • Initiate final sub-contractor invoices and all subject related as retention • Initiate all Commercial Reports required. • Review Payment terms for the Lump sum, Turnkey Contracts
