• Job Details:Preparing material, equipment and man power requirements listbased on project priorities and time schedule. Preparing the necessary documents, analyzing prices, and inventorying quantities for new items outside the scope of the contract. Responsible for the project’s coordination and matching project plates. Re-design when submitting a proposal to change some construction details during implementation. Preparing Shop drawings and as built drawings. preparing Quantity Surveying (QS) of the items implemented over the project period. preparing the owner’s invoices and subcontractors’ invoices Monitoring implementation costs throughout the project period Monitor project procurement regarding the quality of materials required for the project. Submit daily reports on progress or delays in work to the Head Managers.
