• Job Details:Setting up the field operations department by hiring, training and coaching, creating field Operations department Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Roadmap. Build finance systems and processes that ensure efficient field operations for over 300 field staff across Uganda and achieve value for money. Formulate and build field operations systems, Operations manuals, policies and procedures to changes in products and field operations Creating efficient systems to recruit and manage contractors. Plan for the youth entrepreneurship training and implement OoSY bootcamps.

• Job Details:Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals for the planning period. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress such as management relationships with regulators and other business stakeholders. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements in the user acquisition and distribution processes. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback on performance, goals and company vision and mission. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability for KEIPhone through constant review of CAC, MRR and operational expenses. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics on DAU, MAU, WAU and D30 retention.
