• Job Details:Responsible for managing financial and accounting responsibilities. Experience in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank accounts. Reconciliation of bank accounts on regular basis. Posting various journals in appropriate ledger and handling cash transactions. To ensure proper tracking and control of outward freight rates and month wise reporting of the same to the senior management. Assigned with closing of books on regular basis. Maintain budget and actual performance analysis of revenues, preparation of prepaid expense schedules. Carry out business activity summaries and forecasts of revenues, expenses and capital expenditures on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases. Reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts on a periodic manner.
